Customer Service Representative
You will be responsible for:
- Effective, efficient and accurate receipt and transcription of emailed, online, telephone and other orders from customers
- Regular courtesy and follow-up customer contact calls to maintain service relationships and provide a telephonic sale service
- Must be prepared to assist with claims, filing and other customer services administration assistance required from time to time
Applicants must have the following mix of qualifications, experience and competencies
- A minimum of a matric certificate, preferably at least 2 years’ experience in a Customer Care environment
- Experience within the Online Shop sector
- Must have a customer services orientation and be a team player
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of authority
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be computer literate and highly numerate
- Language skills: english and afrikaans fluent in speaking and writing
