These Sterling Silver Washers are crafted out of 1.5mm thick silver wire which is bend into a circle, hammered flat for the perfect base of our hand stamping personalisation and soldered together interlinking each other.

FREE SHIPPING: Silvery covers your shipping ! Your order will be sent with our courier partner and delivered to your door via the Economy option.
1. FREE SHIPPING – Courier Service delivers to your door, 3 – 5 working days for shipping.
2. R 29 – Courier Service Express delivers to your door, 1 – 2 working days for shipping.
3. R 130 – International Airmail delivers to your door, 8 – 13 working days for shipping.
IMPORTANT: Please allow 2-3 days handcrafting time for your order before it is dispatched as each item is being handmade to order.
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Manufacturing will be processed once we have received payment. From receipt of payment to product, dispatch takes 2 – 3 working days, during special occasions such as Christmas season and Valentine’s Day this may be extended by two working days due to the high volume of orders. Orders are then handed over to a courier company, South African Post Office or International Airmail for delivery. Please note, that orders will not be processed, dispatched or delivered on a public holiday. A public holiday will delay the delivery of your order by at least one day.

Please note that Courier delivery to PO Boxes is not possible. We will also not be held responsible for incorrect delivery details supplied when checking out. Please note that if you select our courier option, somebody will need to sign for the parcel.
CONDITION OF GOODS
Silvery will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. You may request for us to take a picture which will be date stamped, of your items before they are sealed in their final packaging, but cannot ensure that the goods arrive at your chosen delivery address in the same good order and thus do not take responsibility for damage to items during transit.

Product Returns: Rings can be returned within 10 days of being purchased. Return expenses will be covered by the customer. Items can only be returned if they are in their original condition.
Product Damages: If our products are delivered damaged, please take a picture of the items within an hour of receiving them, and notify us by emailing email@example.com. Customers that receive damaged goods will receive a 100% refund on the items damaged.
